1. Upon receipt of your purchase you will have a full 30days to examine and inspect the jewelry. Return/exchange are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged when receive. If the items do not fit,exchange need pay some money,so please make sure choose right size.

2.Before the return of any merchandise you must first call or email to get authorization and return shipping instructions.Please follow these steps to return your jewelry item(s):

(1). Contact customer service and offer the relevant information of the order.(ID of the order, register name, telephone number and e-mail address )

(2).Describe complete reasons for return. If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry.

(3).We will send you an email with a return code. The package you send to us should have this code enclosed. The item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired should be sent to the address we will provide you with.The return shipping costs are your responsibility.

(4)For every refund,a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.And the shipping fee can't be returned.

Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at service@eiwedding.com ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If it is stopped in time before delivery, a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. You can return the parcel received for a refund. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer), we'll arrange a refund (original shipping charges are non-refundable) in 7 working days.
